THE ECOSYSTEM AS ONE LOOPSense → Build → Gather → Fund → Hold → Guard, and the one stock they all draw on

R1 lit: the six stages feed each other in a circle.

  1. R1 · One loop reinforcing: it compounds What we sense, we build; what we build gathers people; a gathered public funds the work; funded work becomes held value; what is held gets guarded; safe ground frees attention to sense again. Sixteen bodies of work sit on one circle, which is why the whole can outgrow the parts.
  2. B1 · One pair of hands balancing: it seeks a limit Every new body of work draws on the same founder's hours, and spent hours slow the next build. This is Limits to Growth: push the loop harder and the limit pushes back. The lever is the limit, not a seventeenth project.
  3. R2 · Hands beyond one reinforcing: it compounds Gathered builders become guides, guides and agents carry load off the founder, the build speeds up, and faster building gathers more builders. Two minus signs make it reinforcing: the cure for B1 is a loop of its own.

Closed together: eleven structures no single body closesall proposed

Twelve of the 34 models name one failure in breaks_when: claims or counts that grow faster than the check that would confirm them. Each body plans its own check, and verdicts are scarce: the field ledger holds no readings, $GREED no receipts, Davara one scored turn. Verdicts already run in the Dash ballot, the fleet's reviews and the bench's scorers. Routing a verdict from one body into another body's claims is the balancing loop nobody has drawn.

the ballot funds the first Wave

DashSupport.Team Dash.org Waves.Fund

The desk's one-month proposal asks the Dash treasury for 108 DASH. If masternode owners vote it through, the superblock pays a Wave shaped on the Wave Praxis, and Waves.Fund holds its first money from outside the team. The month report on 2026-10-24 shows what that DASH did, and the next proposal and the next backer both read it. If the vote fails, both Dash models already say to publish the report and resubmit, so the record grows either way.

Waves.Fund cannot produce its own first outside backer, and the desk's proposal on its own funds one month. Read as one loop, the masternode vote is the outside verdict the trust wave needs, and the Dash loop can pay its first Wave on 2026-10-21 without waiting on $GREED.

IT PRODUCES
the first Wave funded from outside the team, and a monthly report that carries trust to the next one
THE FIRST STEP
Submit the 108 DASH proposal by 2026-10-11, a week before the 2026-10-18 cutoff, and list it on Waves.Fund as the first Dash Wave.

teaching calibrates the bench

Trust The Practice SystemsBench Davara

A learner answers bench items in a session. The deterministic scorers grade the SF, CLD, DYN, ARC and TRAP answers exactly as they grade a model, and the mentor's grade on each LEV answer becomes a human label the jury can be checked against. The learner leaves with a score on items Davara also sits blind. The bench gains the gold set its jury needs before a model card can be trusted, and a calibrated bench is a measure the school can send the next learner to.

The bench cannot calibrate its jury without human-graded answers, and the school cannot show that a learner practises alone. Teaching already produces graded answers. Routed into the register, each session adds gold labels, and each learner gets a score on the same items a model sits.

IT PRODUCES
a human gold set for the bench's jury, and a capability score for each learner that anyone can check
THE FIRST STEP
In each of the next five Trust The Practice sessions, set three SF items and two LEV items, grade the LEV answers the way the jury would, and keep both.

the review is the verdict

The fleet CortexInsight Davara Eros · Fortiras

A builder seat records its confidence and a falsifier on the board, as CortexInsight's receipts already ask. A different seat accepts or rejects the work, as the fleet's rule already requires. Put side by side, every reviewed pass is a verdict on a stated confidence. Davara's calibration, which rests on one verdict, gains one per pass; an overconfident seat slows its next loop; and ten such tasks make the field ledger's first reading of the Sanctum's attentive fleet recipe.

Davara gathers verdicts one operator mark at a time. The fleet reviews every pass and scores none of them, and the console stores confidence it never checks. Joined, each review becomes a verdict, and the corpus gets a field reading before its 2026-12-01 stop.

IT PRODUCES
a calibration score fed by review verdicts, and the corpus's first field reading
THE FIRST STEP
Run ten reversible internal tasks as the attentive fleet recipe sets them, logging each builder's stated confidence beside its reviewer's verdict, then score the pairs.

one hour, one calendar

Outlier.Systems Trust The Practice

Outlier.Systems offers a first hour for $40 and Trust The Practice a session for $42, and both are paid for in the same founder's hours. Each door keeps its own count, and Trust The Practice still lists a public calendar as a need. A booking at one door never shows at the other, so the limit both draw on cannot be read while it fills.

Either body alone can only add a calendar to its own door, which splits the one stock both spend. One calendar shows the shared limit as it fills, and the praxis ledger, which reads zero first hours, starts counting bookings from both doors.

IT PRODUCES
one public calendar for every hour with August, counted by kind on the praxis ledger
THE FIRST STEP
Publish one booking calendar that both the $40 first hour and the $42 session open, and count each booking on the praxis ledger by kind.

a pool opens with its rule and its check

Unitium.One DashSupport.Team The ZAO Dash.org

Dash Waves already lists what a pool publishes before it takes a single duff: who controls the address, who decides, how funds are released, and what happens if the goal fails. Unitium. One plans a ten-minute treasury checklist for signers and recovery that no team has run. The desk's own Pool releases on one person's approval, and the ZAO's proposed pool has a release rule and nothing else written. A pool that answers the list and passes the checklist before it holds money is a guard each of them can borrow.

Unitium. One's guides break when nobody runs them, and a pool breaks when every release waits on a founder. Running the check on a real pool gives Unitium. One its first completed checklist, folds a pool decision filed in two models into one, and hands the ZAO a tested template.

IT PRODUCES
a written pool standard with a security check, run first on a real pool
THE FIRST STEP
Write Unitium. One's treasury checklist by running it on the desk's Pool address, and publish the result with the Pool's answers to the Dash Waves list in Wave 001's record.

the Gather frame in one room

Semble.CC Motus.Events DashSupport.Team

DashSupport has a dated reason to gather, the first Dash Waves month read on 2026-10-24, and builders who meet only on Telegram. Semble.CC has the commit rule (a Sesh runs once enough people commit) and Trax to keep what happened there. Motus.Events has a door that draws attention and a card that opens a page answering 503, and its first countdown pointed at the evening of 2026-10-24. One room that evening gives each body what it lacks, and a room that ran gives the next month its date.

DashSupport holds the date, Semble.CC the commit rule and Motus.Events the door, and none has the other two. Semble.CC and Motus.Events both fall back on 2026-12-31 if no room fills, so one evening meets both fallbacks early and gives the desk's first report an audience.

IT PRODUCES
the first Sesh with strangers, the first Motus.Events night, and a month report read to the people it reports on
THE FIRST STEP
Ask the Office Hours group which Chicago builders would come on the evening of 2026-10-24 to hear the month report, book a room once enough commit, and point the Events card there.

the goal comes back on a date

A Lens of Leverage Signium Initium.Builders

A Lens of Leverage ends on move 7, write the goal in public, and nothing brings the reader back to it. The Field stores each signal's conviction and never scores it. The Initium console sets standing from calls and has no scored call yet. A goal posted as a Field signal with a conviction and a read date, then scored on that date, closes the loop Signium draws as conviction meets the record.

None of the three can score a claim alone. The workbook stops at the goal, the feed stores conviction, and the console waits for outcomes. A read date on each signal is the missing return flow, and the first scored signal shows all three whether conviction tracks results.

IT PRODUCES
scored signals: a stated conviction checked against what happened in the reader's own build
THE FIRST STEP

every count carries its source

SystemsBench Outlier.Systems Eros · Fortiras

Counts travel between homes. The bench's items and SenseRuns appear on its own site, on Outlier.Systems, which reads them live, and in this corpus, which copies them with a date. The bench's audit refuses a surface claim that outruns the engine, and it reads only the bench's own surfaces. The same drift already shows inside the corpus: its evidence says the atlas holds 167 nodes and 242 edges, and the live catalog holds 178 nodes and 281 edges.

The bench guards only its own pages, while the company home and the corpus carry its numbers on their own clocks. One audit rule read by all three releases stops the failure the bench names in its breaks_when wherever its numbers travel.

IT PRODUCES

A SenseRun ships with a public commit. Written as a $GREED receipt in six columns it waits on a council; accepted, it becomes a triple with the council's stake behind it, as $GREED and Intuition already propose; read back on a second platform, it is a count a stranger can check. Every claim that cannot be receipted, accepted and attested stays a claim, so the loop pulls counts back toward their evidence instead of letting them run ahead, the failure twelve of the 34 models name.

The bench ships deliveries with evidence that no body accepts, $GREED's ledger refuses a receipt without a council, and Intuition's graph gains claims no second platform reads; a receipt is the one artifact all three already want, and its acceptance is the verdict that pulls each body's count back to its evidence.

IT PRODUCES

the vote reads evidence, not promises

Outlier.Systems Dash.org Waves.Fund

The DAO votes every month and corrects on promises a whole cycle late, because delivered work does not accumulate between votes. A treasury reading before each cutoff adds sight; a Wave's public delivery log, with the proposal's own receiving address, fills the DAO's record of delivered work as the month runs; the next vote reads both. More evidence between votes means less correction on promises: the loop the desk draws, with its delay cut.

The desk's loop corrects on promises a cycle late because nothing accumulates between votes, Outlier.Systems already reads the treasury in public, and Waves.Fund breaks when nobody can see what was delivered; the DAO's record of delivered work is the one stock all three name, so a reading and a delivery log are two inflows of the same loop.

hands beyond one, with a trace

Trust The Practice Semble.CC DashSupport.Team

Every body draws on one founder's hours, and the corpus proposes R3, hands beyond one, as the answer, drawn across a pair with no exchange. A free learner draws one loop map; the map is the dated piece of work a Sesh forms around, and the artifact a learner files as Help given after one Office Hours session. Each map is a trace the free stage never left, each room a Sesh that filled, each row a desk that answered without the founder; more maps, more rooms, more hands, more learners.

Every body draws on one founder's hours, the school's free stage leaves no trace, Semble.CC's map shows builders and no rooms, and the desk's Help given feed counts zero; one learner's loop map is the artifact all three lack, so the school, the room and the desk gain hands from the same move, and each gain feeds the next learner.

IT PRODUCES
loop maps drawn by free learners that fill a Sesh and a Help given row: hands at the desk and in the room that are not the founder's, each leaving a dated trace
THE FIRST STEP
Seat one Open Circle learner in one Office Hours session before 2026-10-18, and have them Init a Sesh around the map they drew there.

Five blind spots

RUNG 4THE WHOLE MOTIONPROPOSED

Sixteen bodies of work, one pair of hands

The loop on the map is real, and so is its limit: every stage routes through one founder's hours. That is the Limits to Growth archetype. Pushing growth harder only makes the limit push back.

THE STRUCTURE
Move load from the founder into the loop itself: guides who graduate from the practice, agent seats that hold whole lanes, and partners who own a stage.
FIRST PROBE
For 30 days, log which body of work each hour goes to. Hand the most-repeated task to a guide or a seat.
WHAT WOULD PROVE IT WRONG
If founder hours per shipped move do not fall within two cycles, the limit is somewhere else.
RUNG 5ALL TOKENSPROPOSED

Five tokens, five verbs, one sentence

$MOTUS moves, $GREED holds, $GRATUS gives, $TRUST proves and $DASH settles. A token that does two verbs gets gamed through the second one. Keep each to its verb.

THE STRUCTURE
Write one line per token, "this token only ever …", and make every mechanism pass that line.
WHAT WOULD PROVE IT WRONG
Any design where one token both votes and trades, or both rewards and governs, is the merge to refuse.
RUNG 6EVERY PROJECTPROPOSED

Each output is another project's input

Gratus gifts can onboard Semble; Trust The Practice graduates can be Wave Guides; SystemsBench proves Outlier.Systems' method; DashSupport is Waves.Fund's funding desk. Today these are sixteen parallel lines.

THE STRUCTURE
Name the handoff between each pair of neighbouring stages, give each one an owner, and the lines become a loop.
FIRST PROBE
Ship one handoff this month: Trust The Practice graduate → Wave Guide.
RUNG 6THE WHOLE MOTIONPROPOSED

The receipt is the product

Across every project, the hardest asset to copy is the public record: gates, rationale, attestations. Competitors hide their process; ours compounds in public.

THE STRUCTURE
Every ship leaves a receipt: on Semble (the why), on Intuition (the claim), on the board (the gate record).
RUNG 9THE WHOLE MOTIONPROPOSED

Rhythm beats scale

Dash pays out by superblock, the ZAO's Fractal meets every Monday, and battles run on Sundays. One shared monthly heartbeat can keep sixteen projects and a partner network in step.

THE STRUCTURE
Set one Motus Day a month: votes close, receipts publish, the night happens, and the next wave opens.

Prove. Settle.

Five tokens, read from their own sources, then woven into one economy. The facts are quoted. The loops between them are our proposal.

Status, plainly: $GREED has a fixed-supply draft and nothing minted yet (testnet first). $GRATUS lives as in-app credit inside Gratus; no token is launched. $MOTUS has no chain or launch stated. $TRUST and $DASH are live networks.

FIVE TOKENS AS ONE ECONOMY · PROPOSEDEach token does one verb: move, hold, give, prove, settle

R1 lit: motion earns, proof follows, votes fund more motion.

  1. R1 · Proof of motion reinforcing: it compounds Shipping earns $MOTUS; motion that is attested on a trust layer becomes proof; proof wins treasury votes in $DASH; funded work ships more moves. Momentum compounds only where it is proven.
  2. R2 · Skin in the game reinforcing: it compounds Delivery sells; real revenue is what $GREED is harvested from; holders with skin in the game ship more. No revenue, no harvest: the loop cannot run on hype.
  3. R3 · The gift loop reinforcing: it compounds Help earns a $GRATUS gift; gratitude makes the next ask for help easier. The smallest loop here, and the one that makes a network feel like a community.
  4. B1 · The fixed supply balancing: it seeks a limit $GREED's supply is fixed at birth, so every grant lowers what is left to earn. Scarcity is a balancing loop by design: it keeps each unit meaning a delivery.
  5. B2 · The treasury cap balancing: it seeks a limit Each funded proposal spends the cycle's budget, and less budget leaves less room to fund. On Dash, budget nobody asks for is simply never created: the brake is built into the money.
